3 dentes de alho picados
Paprika q.b.

3 bananas

250ml de molho bechamel

Modo de Preparação
Tempere os peitos de frango com alho, sal, pimenta, paprika e sumo de limão e deixe marinar cerca de 15 minutos. Aqueça o azeite e cozinhe o frango até ficar dourado e bem cozinhado. À parte, corte as bananas ao meio e frite-as em manteiga até ficarem douradas. Coloque o frango num tabuleiro, adicione as bananas por cima e cubra tudo com molho bechamel. Leve ao forno até gratinar e finalize com um aspeto dourado e cremoso. Sirva com vegetais frescos.
