Ingredientes
300g de lombo de tamboril
6 camarões
100ml de azeite
300ml de vinho branco
20ml de água
2 cebolas pequenas (em juliana)
1/2 pimento vermelho (em juliana)
2 tomates maduros picados
3 colheres de polpa de tomate
2 folhas de louro
2 dentes de alho picados
2 colheres de pasta de pimento
4 batatas cortadas em rodelas grossas
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Salsa para decorar
Modo de Preparação
Disponha as cebolas, pimentos, tomates e o tamboril em cubos na cataplana. Adicione as batatas por cima e tempere com azeite, vinho branco, polpa de tomate, louro e alho. Junte sal, pimenta, pasta de pimento e opcionalmente piripiri. Tape e cozinhe 15 minutos. Adicione os camarões e a salsa. Cozinhe por mais 10 minutos. Sirva quente.

Cooked slowly in a traditional cataplana pot, this comforting dish brings together monkfish, shrimp, potatoes and vibrant vegetables in a flavorful and aromatic sauce that captures the spirit of the Portuguese coast. Perfect for sharing with family and friends!
Ingredients
300g monkfish loin
6 shrimp
100ml olive oil
300ml white wine
20ml water
2 small onions, sliced (julienne)
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
4 thickly sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Layer onions, peppers, tomatoes, and monkfish into the cataplana. Add the sliced potatoes on top and season with olive oil, white wine, tomato paste, bay leaves, and garlic. Add salt, pepper, red pepper paste, and chili if desired. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and parsley. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.

📋 Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
8 egg yolks
200g of sugar
450ml of cream
1 lemon peel
2 tablespoons of flour
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Roll out the pastry in a tart pan and prick with a fork. In a pot, mix egg yolks and sugar, then add flour and lemon peel. Add cream and cook on the stove until thickened. Pour the custard into the tart shell and bake until golden.
